Dear Friends,
Due to unfortunate circumstances, we are going to have to postpone our Vacation Bible School which was to be held July 20-24, 2026.
Planning has been in the works for the last nine months for a team from a dear church in Tennessee to come to Maine this summer to help us lead our VBS. They were bringing with them, not only many volunteers, but also the teaching materials and supplies for this summer’s theme. Unfortunately, we got word last week that the team is now no longer able to come.
After much prayer and consideration this past weekend, we have come to the conclusion that we are just not able to pull together all that needs to be done to put on a successful VBS in such a short time frame. While our traditional VBS will be put on hold for now, we are hoping to offer something similar in the fall. Plans are now underway! Watch this page and our website for updates.
In the meantime, please consider sending your children to one of the many other VBS programs that are happening throughout our community this summer.
